(age and plays) also the more expensive the guitar it starts with more G-power and then gains more if you play on it faster. <br><br>I cannot find the formula that collectors ranking(CR) comes from, but I do know that more expensive, older, and guitars with more plays lead to higher CR. It seems that especially middle priced (deluxe\/elite) guitars tend to depreciate in G-power if you do not play on them. However it seems very random. I have some alpha customs that I have not played on at all and their G-power is random(some rising, some falling. It seems that the games played give you more G-power if you are completing levels, and this does not only affect the primary v-Guitar, it affects all of them. I personally enjoy playing songs by playing along with YouTube chord\/lyric videos under the play a song tab. <br><br>But what is the reason for the games? <br>If you use music theory and the games it allows you to figure out more complex chords or inversions in the blink of an eye. e.g. if I see a g Maj-7 I can go to the g shape on any of the positions and flat one of the root notes by 1 semitone. Or if I see a sus2 I can flat the 3, if I see a add-9 I can sharp one of the root notes by 2 semitones, etc.<br><br>This is when chorductor, fretmaster, chord maze, and chord puzzle show their merit.  They allow you to do chord theory exercises in a guitar context like finding out the half diminished 7 chord of an Eb, without memorizing its individual shape in every position, by manipulation of the E shape at any position.
